Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site’s operators. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tokens, can serve comparable purposes. This policy explains how the capra+ marketing website uses these technologies.

How We Use Cookies

This marketing website is intentionally light on cookies. Our demo booking calendar, contact form and live chat are provided by LeadConnector. When those features load, LeadConnector and its security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies or use local storage to keep them working, protect them from spam and abuse, remember your chat conversation, and record how you arrived at our site so we can follow up on your enquiry. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information about your browsing activity. If this changes, we will update this policy before introducing any such technologies.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary: required for the website to function and to protect it, including the security and anti-spam checks (Cloudflare) applied to the booking calendar, contact form and live chat. These cannot be switched off through our site.
  • Functional: used to remember basic choices and to support core site behaviour, such as keeping your live chat conversation available while you browse, without tracking you across other websites.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier).
  • Enquiry attribution: LeadConnector may record the page and referral source you arrived from, so that when you book a demo, send a question or start a chat, we can see which part of the site led to your enquiry.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers let you view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings. The exact steps vary by browser, but you can generally control cookies from the privacy or security section of your browser’s preferences. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work: for example, the booking calendar, contact form or live chat may not be able to complete their security checks.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies.
