Which direction
Calendar sync is two-way: a change in Capra shows in Google or Outlook and the other way round. For record, claims and exchange systems we agree with you what flows in and what flows out, and the integration follows that agreement.
Capra connects to the EHR, calendar, accounting, messaging and claims systems your clinic already runs. Calendar, SMS, WhatsApp and email are live today; everything else is scoped with you and built during onboarding, so adopting Capra never means abandoning what already works.
Three things every integration promise should spell out: which direction data moves, what moves, and how quickly.

Patients and their contact details, appointments, notes and documents, messages, invoices and claims, each mapped field by field to the other system so nothing is re-typed and nothing lands in the wrong place.
Calendar and messaging updates move as they happen; batch flows such as claims run on the schedule you set. Every exchange is logged in the audit trail, so your team can see what moved, where and when.
Connected during your first days with Capra, with two-way calendar sync and every message threaded to the patient record.
The record, claims, exchange and accounting systems a clinic already runs differ by country. We connect to yours as part of getting you live.
Capra connects to the systems UK private clinics bill, book and report with.
Capra connects to the EHR and front-office tools US practices already run.
Capra connects to the exchanges, claims platforms and payers UAE clinics work with every day.
Whatever else your clinic runs, we scope the connection with you and build it.
One named lead from the first call to go-live, with human support in UK and UAE hours afterwards.
Your onboarding lead maps the systems you run, which data moves between them and in which direction.
We build the connection, test it with you against sample records and walk through the results before anything goes live.
The integration goes live with every exchange logged, monitored and visible in your audit trail.
Almost certainly. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, SMS, WhatsApp Business and email are connected today. Anything else your clinic runs is scoped on your onboarding call and built with you before go-live, so adopting Capra never means changing how the rest of the clinic works.
No. Clinics can keep their clinical system and add Capra for scheduling, reminders, WhatsApp and SMS, the patient portal and reporting. Capra connects to the record system you already have so patients, appointments and notes stay in step.
Where the other system allows it, yes. Calendar sync is two-way today: an appointment moved in Capra moves in Google or Outlook, and the other way round. For record, claims and exchange connections we agree with you which data flows in which direction, and the integration follows that agreement.
UK clinics are hosted in the UK by default. If your clinic needs its data held in another region, including the UAE, Capra is deployed in that region on request, with the same encryption, access control, backup and audit practices described on our security page.
Capra's own team. A named onboarding lead scopes the connection with you, builds and tests it against your data, and stays your contact after go-live, with human support in UK and UAE hours.
Capra keeps working on its own data and queues what needs to be sent. When the other system comes back, the queued updates are delivered and logged, and your team can see in the audit trail exactly what moved and when.
